J3S is pleased to participate in the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contracting portal. As stated on the SeaPort-e website, "SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation".

Utilizing the SeaPort-e portal, J3S and our team members are able to competitively bid for Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUB), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, or the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contracts.
